Refund and Cancellation Policy for Graphics UnleashedUnleashed Productions, Inc. does not accept returns and does not refund payments for tutorials, software, ebooks, training items, add-ons or any artwork purchased on our site. If the physical product is damaged in the shipping process, we will replace the product. Cancellation of a CorelDRAW Unleashed Training Session registration done in writing no later than sixty days prior to the training start date will result in a refund of your registration fee less a $100 processing charge. If the cancellation is received less than sixty days prior to the start of the training, you may send a substitute or receive a credit memo for future training. |
Unleashed Productions specializes in educating users about graphics products, social influence and the World Wide Web.
Unleashed Productions was formed in December of 1993 to support the CorelDRAW! Unleashed books with educational seminars on Corel Corporation's graphics products. It has since grown by adding more books, video training, add-ons, artwork and more related products. As each of these products and services utilize the Corel graphic products, they are a natural fit with the company's original objective of serving the graphics community.

not provide Customer Service or Technical Support
for Corel's products at any of these numbers.
If you simply need
help using CorelDRAW or Corel PHOTO-PAINT, then a
Telephone Consultation may be what you need. If you want
to contact Corel Customer Service, they can be reached in
North America at (800) 77-COREL. They do not provide
Technical Support at this number. If you want to call Technical
Support, the numbers are included with your legally purchased
product. If you can't find the number, you can contact
Corel's Customer Service to get the phone numbers. If you
did not purchase a legal copy of the software, then you
obviously aren't eligible for technical support from Corel.
Foster D. Coburn III is co-author of 13 best-selling books on CorelDRAW with the latest being CorelDRAW X6 Unleashed. He has been a contributor to numerous magazines. Foster has completed more than 45 training videotapes for Keystone Learning Systems on a number of graphics topics. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Premier Corel Certified Instructor for CorelDRAW! 9 and a Certified Ventura Professional. Foster has taken many projects, including this Web page, from the early design stage through to a finished piece. He has been a featured speaker at many graphics conferences.

Foster was selected as one of the "40 under 40" for 2002. These awards are presented by The Business Journal of Phoenix and the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce to 40 up and coming leaders of the community who are under 40 years of age.
Carmella Troisi-HoerrCarmella is a long-time CorelDRAW user and has used it as her base to design a wide variety of graphics for various applications including craft patterns, publication graphics, Web graphics and promotionals. She started her own company, HCH Limited, in 1985 to self publish her first Cross Stitch book. CorelDRAW and Corel PHOTO-PAINT have been used daily for just about every project she's worked on. When not on a computer, she can be found riding a horse or doing anything outdoors.
