Stock Layouts to Support CorelDRAW
You may or may not have heard about Stock Layouts. They have a series of templates for many of the popular page layout applications. I don't think the word templates really does the product justice though. The graphic elements are all placed. Text boxes flow around those elements. Where these templates go one step further is that they include stock photos and the right to use them.
The majority of CorelDRAW users don't have a formal design background. Because of this, many users struggle with creating attractive designs. Having a library of templates that require only the addition of text and maybe a few other elements makes it extemely easy for any user to turn out a great layout.
I first contacted the company about two months ago and asked if they had any interest in converting some of their layouts into CorelDRAW format. Sure, the templates could be converted by end users but it required a lot of work. Now the templates can be purchased as CorelDRAW files that work in v9 and higher. It will probably be another month before the templates are ready for purchase, but you will then find the whole library of Stock Templates will be in CDR format. When they are finished, I'll post more information about the templates and using them. I'm guessing they will sell very well as I think they are a wonderful bargain for artists needing a quality layout.

What about CPT Templates? Lots of posters, newsletters, and brochures I create use digital and scanned images along with raster and vector graphics.
