CorelDRAW and SVG Graphics

The SVG graphics (scalable vector graphics) format has been around for several years now. In fact, CorelDRAW has supported it since v10. It just isn't being used much and that will probably begin to change as browser support increases.

David Troidl has been experimenting with SVG graphics created in CorelDRAW. This leads to his latest tutorial where he not only teaches you how to create the graphics in CorelDRAW, but also provides a lot of information about the format and how to tweak the files created. Given that vector files on the Web are often much smaller than bitmaps, it is a great format to use.

Check out the tutorial and you'll soon be creating your own SVG graphics.
