Super Site: Graphics Unleashed Media Marketplace
Some of you might want why the first "Super Site" I'm promoting is one of Graphics Unleashed's own. Quite simply, we have launched a major new extension to the Web site and I think many of you will be very interested in it.
Graphics Unleashed Media Marketplace has been on the drawing board for nearly three years. I was contacted by an artist who was interested in selling some of his apparel templates on the site. I thought about the best way to do it for a long time. The more I thought, the more I didn't want to be able to limit the types of products to sell. I wanted to expand it to include any type of content that could be of interest to a graphic designer. While I've thought of a number of products that fit that definition, I'll be there are even more categories that have escaped me so far. The only category of product that we prefer not to carry is CorelDRAW and Corel PHOTO-PAINT macros. That's because our friends at MacroMonster.com already do a great job providing you with great macros.
If you are looking to purchase content for your projects, then this is a great place to look. But the site also offers something for an artist who has some content they want to sell. When you create an account on the site, you have the option to be an author. Authors can add products themselves and they will automatically earn a commission each time one of their products sell. There is also something for Webmasters. We have also created an affiliate program. It is quite simple, put links to Graphics Unleashed Media Marketplace or any of the products on your site and you'll earn a commission anytime someone you referred to us buys something.
As of now there are just over 200 products in the Media Marketplace. More products are being added daily from several different authors. We expect the numbers to grow quickly once we begin to tell the world about this new resource.
