Macro Monday: EZ Metrics
In all the posts I've done about macros, I've yet to talk about EZ Metrics. I find it odd since it is one of the oldest macros around for CorelDRAW. Don't worry, that doesn't make it any less capable, it has just been around since the days of CorelDRAW 7. Unlike many macros, it installs as an add-on to CorelDRAW so it will feel almost as if it was built in to CorelDRAW.The short description of EZ Metrics is that it will take orthographic views of artwork and convert them to axonometric views, for example isometric. Sorry if that sounds like big scary words. It takes flat views and converts them to pseudo 3D views. For those creating technical illustrations, these features are very useful. Even signmakers will find them useful for taking a sign and putting it into the proper perspective on a building.
You can download a 15-day trial for free. If you aren't sure it is for you, give it a test drive and find out!
