Check out the Fuji FinePix HS10/HS11.
It has 10.3 mpix, a 30X wide angle zoom, shoots 1080i movies and much much more.
Loosegoose, it is an interesting camera, but it is not a DSLR. For those who want the ability to change lenses, the Fuji isn't a good fit. If people are looking for a higher-end point and shoot, the Fuji could be the right choice.
