3D Logos-Rising to the Occasion

I'm not even going to say anything about it being February already. Seems like I just submitted the last installment and already another article is overdue. Sheesh, it's more than a body can cope with. Well I suppose the good news for those of you who live in colder climates, (although San Francisco seems cold to me) is that spring is just around the corner. And with spring comes hope eternal, which makes a perfect segue into this month's tutorial, 3D logos. Huh, you ask. Has he gone completely off his rocker? Not at all, spring is when green things rise up from the ground, just like logos rising up from the page in 3D. I know it's a stretch but work with me on this one, OK.
