Speed up Frame Advance & Rewind in Photo-PAINT

If you find yourself working on animated GIF files or short AVI's, you can assign shortcut keys to rewind or advance. I use the Page Up & Page Down keys.

Once set up, you can navigate through an animation similar to navigation through pages in CorelDRAW. Click on the image for a clear view.
