Breakfast Cereals - Off topic

I love breakfast... I can't even think of a time where I've skipped it!

Here are some of my favorites... lately for fun I've been trying some really old cereals that are close to being bird seed. Sunny Boy, for example, hasn't changed since 1929.

I think it's kind of cool to try such primitive food. It's really close to just walking into a field and eating wheat/flax/rye etc. Hey, millions of cattle can't be wrong! They seem to be able to build enormous protein from eating these plants! LOL...

Of course, I always top my cereals with cut up fruit.
