Hi Jeff, Aleem here,
I suggest you to take a look at Camstudio's "Screem Annotations" they are a big big time saver for showing screen captions during video recording which take a little longer when inserted after capturing the movie. You can predefine your own layout and captions and use hotkeys to show/hide or jump to next layouts. I am sure you already knew it but I suggested you just incase. Keep up the good work.
