I've previously purchased several of Scott's tutorials over the past few years. I find them excellent tools to help learn new techniques with easy to follow instructions as you listen and see examples, so you see immediate results. Many of his tutorials are general enough to use with any version of Corel products, but he is specific about what can you do with the later versions. I've used his tips to create some web designs that customers seem to like and pass referrals to others. I highly recommend anything Scott produces.
