The Webmaster asked me to put down a few words about myself.
I was in the Air Force for a few years where I had some interesting experiences. I was a Space Orbital Analyst. Orbital Analysts are the people who keep track of all that stuff everybody keeps putting into Earth Orbit. Later I developed a yearning to fly. I made it through pilot training and was assigned to a B52 unit, where I worked myself up from Co-pilot to Aircraft Commander.
In both jobs I was eventually chosen to train people. Between the two of them I have over five years experience in teaching people how to do the job.
Well I have a new job now, where I work the graveyard shift. I eventually got used to that schedule, but on my days off I found that there wasn't much I could do at 0200 in the morning. I have been an avid computer hobbyist since 1982 with an intense interest in the computer graphics. So I started digging into this great new graphic program I just picked up. Photo-Paint of course. I found that I had a knack for getting the program to do strange and wondrous things. Since I enjoy sharing my knowledge, I put a few small tutorials on a personal web page. The Webmaster of this site liked my tutorials enough to invite me to contribute to this web page.
