The results of our scans were very good, with the exception of those created using the transparency adapter; its performance was inferior to adapters in a comparable category.

Scanners are in very good condition and only used a few times. There are no returns on this product. I have terrible luck with sending electronics to buyers. The buyers will not follow directions on how to set up the item and then want to return it claiming it is defective - when the product works great! Thank you.
