Jigsaw Puzzle Creator is an add-on for CorelDRAW 11/12/X3 and Corel DESIGNER 10/12 which allows you to create jigsaw puzzle shapes out of any CorelDRAW/Corel DESIGNER object or objects. Just import a photo, or create several shapes, select them and run the program. You will be able to create professionally-looking jigsaw puzzle which uses the selected objects as the backdrop of the puzzle.

Jigsaw Puzzle Creator can create a set of closed curves looking like a jigsaw puzzle and place the selected object(s) in each of the puzzle piece so they can be shuffled on the screen to create interesting artistic designs.
It also can be used to generate the knife profiles to manufacture jigsaw puzzles. In this case, a set of open curves is created which can be used to etch or produce the knives any other way required. Or you can use a plotter/cutter to cut your puzzle out of acceptable media.
Just start off with importing a photo or a clipart image into your CorelDRAW document:
With the object(s) selected, launch Jigsaw Puzzle Creator and you will be presented with the following dialog where you can customize the look of your puzzle:
After you are done, click the "Create" button and you will have a grouped set of puzzle pieces with your object(s) in them. You can ungroup the pieces and shuffle them on the page:

CoreDRAW: A retail version of CorelDRAW 11, 12, X3 or later is required. Corel DESIGNER: A retail version of Corel DESIGNER 10, 12 or later is required.
You must ensure that Visual Basic for Applications is installed.
Run the setup program and it should install all the files for you automatically. Make sure that you have VBA installed beforehand. The setup program also creates a new workspace that is automatically made active if so desired. You can revert to your previous workspace by just going to Tools>Options>Workspace in CorelDRAW and selecting the workspace that you want.
To launch the program, start CorelDRAW first. If, during installation, you specified that you wanted to activate Jigsaw Puzzle Creator workspace in CorelDRAW, you will see a new toolbar:
You can launch the macros by just clicking the toolbar button.
If you didn't activate the workspace during installation, you still can use Jigsaw Puzzle Creator by going to Tools>Visual Basic>Play... menu to bring up the VBA Macros dialog:
Select "JigsawPuzzle (JigsawPuzzle11.gms)" item from Macros in list and start the "MainModule.Start" macro by selecting it in Macro name list and clicking Run button.
Jigsaw Puzzle Creator is a shareware product. It is fully functional in the downloaded version however it has an evaluation period of 7 days. You must register the program to continue using it. The registration fee is US$39.95.
