To install rewrite the coreldrw.cpl file in your Graphics10/custom folder.
If you need to revert back to original file, you'll find it in Corel Draw 10

Web Palette for CorelDRAW 5-8 (5K)
Here is a special palette for those creating Web content. All of the color names are the hexidecimal
values that make up the color. CorelDRAW 8 users should put the file in the /custom/palettes folder that
is found within the folder where CorelDRAW 8 is installed. This palette will work in versions 5-8, though
if you resave it in 8 then it won't work in the previous versions.
