The unit features a simple control panel with a power light and separate dials for temperature, function, and time. The temperature control ranges from 180 to 450 degrees F, while the function dial provides a choice of keep warm, broil, bake, toast, or grill. The 15-minute timer includes a printed toasting guide and comes with a stay-on option. The oven's design incorporates thermostatic temperature control with lower and upper elements, for thorough and precise heating. The convection system--automatic on the broil, bake, and toast settings--gently circulates air in the oven for moister food, quicker cooking, and less energy consumption.
