Slow cookers are usually thought of for chili, soup, or pot roast. With a simple design in chrome with black handles and a removable black stoneware crock insert, this 4-quart pot will go with the look of most kitchens. Besides the cookbook, there's also a small catalog of accessories such as tailored vinyl covers, baking pans, meat racks, and thermal carrying cases for transporting food in the stoneware crock. Clean-up is very easy; warm soapy water will do the trick. (The heating unit is not immersible; just use a soapy rag or cloth.) Do not use scratchy, abrasive cleaners on the chrome exterior.
