They feature full color photographic images that are burned directly onto the metal, greatly reducing fading. Ryan Newman's plate has his #12 Alltel Dodge traveling down a race track, and is viewed from the perspective of the pits. This design was approved and printed before Dodge decided to use the Charger nameplate this year, and also before Alltel decided to update the paint scheme.
