As you can see from our photos this ski boot is unique as it has a pull strap tightening systems which is different from your traditional 4 buckle boot. This pull strap system pulls the boot tight and evenly on multiple points througout the lower part of the boot to provide a more custom fit.

These boots were used in a store rental and lease program for a few seasons. The boots have a lot of scuffs and scratches as you would expect on a used boot. Most of our Verse 550 boots are missing the clear plastic cover over the laces as shown in photos 1 and 2. You should expect that your boot will not have the clear plastic cover over the laces. Photo 3 shows the laces without the plastic cover. Your boot will look like Photo 3. These boots are a great deal and have lots of like left in them.

This ski was used for two seasons in a small ski shop as part of their high-end rental program. The tops have the normal cosmetic scrapes and scratches as you would expect in a used ski and will not affect the performance of the ski! The skis do have a stock number engraved on the top surface in front of the bindings. Typically used skis do have a lot of scratches, but they always have many years of life left!On the topskin there are large chips and in some areas there are what we call bubble chips. K2 used a plastic protective coating on the topskin. Sometimes when the ski gets impacted, i.e., crossing tips etc., the bubble is created. We have found that sometimes the bubble is hollow and sometimes it can peel up. All of these imperfections are cosmetic and will not affect the performance of the ski. See photos for examples.
