In 1995, JumpSport co-founders Mark and Valerie Publicover heard their children cry for help from the backyard. Mark ran outside to the trampoline and found their friend's youngest daughter on the ground, where she appeared to be seriously hurt. Fortunately, she recovered quickly, but the incident inspired the Publicovers to work on building an inexpensive trampoline enclosure that would protect trampoline users across the country. Our Ultra Trampoline Pad is a one-piece design for maximum protection. It is heavy duty, shock absorbent, closed-cell foam which does not absorb water or lose shape, UV and water resistant. These Trampoline Pads are securely tied to the frame with straps under the pad.
All of our pads exceed ASTM Standards. It comes with a 4" side skirt to cover the frame and help keep the pad in place - it is made with 14 oz PVC Vinyl (Top Layer), PE (Bottom Polyethylene), 1" thick foam padding near the frame and 1/2" thick padding at surface mat.
