Refund and Cancellation Policy for Graphics Unleashed

Unleashed Productions, Inc. does not accept returns and does not refund payments for tutorials, software, ebooks and other training items purchased on our site. If the physical product is damaged, we will replace the product.

Cancellation of a CorelDRAW Unleashed Boot Camp or a CorelDRAW Unleashed User Conference registration done in writing no later than sixty days prior to the training start date will result in a refund of your registration fee less a $100 processing charge. If the cancellation is received less than sixty days prior to the start of the training, you may send a substitute or receive a credit memo for future training.
