If you happen to live in a state that does not require a front license tag, then you are in luck and can make your own. One of the good things about it is if you get tired of it then you can make another one in a short period of time and everybody will ask you where you got that. The possibilities are unlimited as to what you can create.
This Article does not require a lot of skill using CorelDRAW, but only your imagination. Shown below are two frames, one with four holes the other two holes, and the back view of the two hole design.
Most of these frames can be found at your local auto parts store. I used the one with two holes, as it will be less drilling, and two holes less for the water to enter.
