Wayne has a strong technical (engineering) background, which he brings to his computer endeavors. In the roles of instructor and consultant, he takes particular pride in his ability to translate complex and sometimes bewildering concepts into something the non-technical person can readily understand—and to do so with a great deal of patience and respect. He derives great joy in uncovering the tricks and secrets that make software go; but empowering others with that knowledge is every bit as, if not more gratifying.

He will not claim to be an award winning artist or celebrated designer, but he is imaginative and resourceful with a good sense of the aesthetic.
